Nakuru City Football Academy (NCFA) is a community-driven football institution dedicated to developing talent, character, and opportunity among young aspiring footballers. Based in the heart of Nakuru, Kenya, we provide structured training programs, mentorship, and competitive exposure to players aged 6 to 17.

Founded by former professionals and passionate coaches, NCFA exists to bridge the gap between raw potential and professional opportunity. Our approach goes beyond the pitch—we instill discipline, teamwork, leadership, and academic support to prepare our players for success both on and off the field.

How We Develop Talent

1. Talent Identification

We scout and welcome players through open trials and school partnerships, focusing on skill, passion, and potential.

Players are grouped by age and skill level and enrolled in tailored training programs led by certified coaches.
